The property market (housing market) is always good. In the property boom before the bubble burst, the seller is able to sell at record high price and make a lot of money. He feels that the market is good.
In the resulting gloom, the buyer has so many choices at bargain prices. He feels that the market is good. In fact, for the newly wed and the first time homebuyer, the property gloom comes at just the right time. Without the gloom, they will find owning a house an impossible dream.
People make money or lose money in property due to their own intelligence, luck or stupidity. The cyclical housing market rewards the smart investors with a lot of money. So many millionaires and billionaires make their money through the cyclical housing market. You may be the next real estate millionaire or billionaire. You will agree that the property market is always good.

to a certain extent yes i agree but u see during gloom period the buyer also has not enough purchasing power....as a result what i have seen is that the situation of the market never changes from inside its all from outside. we can say as the product is same only the layout is a bit different...here the situation is the layout. The market situation does not get much effected.
