Rich in Words

A writer must be rich in imaginations and rich in words.

When the writer is able to transfer feelings and thoughts into words, he or she is rich in words. The words are meaningful and powerful only if the readers appreciate them and learn from them.

On Wednesday, I took a slow leisurely walk home. It was a nice walk after a long day at work.

Many people were walking home from the bus stop or train station. Their walking style reflect their personalities and their self-esteem.

A lady in front of me was walking with her head low and dragging her feet. She was in formal office attire and holding an expensive handbag. Yet she couldn't carry herself well.

I was so angry at the way she walked. In my heart, I was telling her to stand up straight, walk upright.

After all, once a person is out in the street, she is selling herself to the whole world.
