Riches that Money can Buy

Life is a gamble. We hope to win every single time.

When the employer makes a job offer to the job applicant, that is a gamble. The employer hopes to win a rare talent that can make the company tons of money.

When a guy proposes to a gal, that is a gamble. A very big gamble. Some guys lost their lives when their wives poisoned them.

When we go to the casino to play poker, blackjack or other games, that is a gamble. Compare to the gamble of marriage, the risk we face in the casino is just losing a bit of money. We won't lose our lives in the casino.

We all desire to win in a casino. Nobody goes into the casino and think "today I'm going to lose thousands of dollars". Everyone thinks "today I want to win the jackpot".

Everyone who walks into the casino feels the thrill of winning, even before placing a bet. On the way to the casino, our minds already filled with all the material goods that money can buy.

We have a mental image of us standing in front of a big nice bangalow with a swimming pool and a huge garden. We have a mental image of reading the bank statement showing a lot of money. We have a mental image of us touring around the world and enjoying all the luxuries that money can buy.

This is a hope of all who walk into the casino to gamble, including me. One day, I'm going to make a lot of money from the casino and buy all the luxuries with the money. My family will enjoy all the good things that money can buy. I want to share the riches with all of them.
