My title is "What I will do when I win the multi-million dollars lottery." It is not "What I will do if I win the multi-million dollars lottery."
There is only one difference in the 2 sentences. The difference between "when" and "if".
Yes, I know what you are saying, you are saying I'm such an arrogant gal.
I know that one day I will win the multi-million dollars lottery, the question is only "when", not "if". Every single dollar I use to buy the ticket is my chance to win the lottery. Buying lottery ticket is such an easy way to make money (when I win).
I will continue buying till I live to the ripe old age of 200 years old. Sooner or later I will win the multi-millions bucks. The only unknown factor is When?
