Do You Prefer A Million Dollars in Bank Or Asset?

A millionaire who is rich in assets is not the same as the person who has a million dollars in hard cash.

Phyical Assets can prove to be a liability without a money to pay for the maintenance.

A million dollars is useful only when it is readily available in cash form, or in almost cash form. People holding cash and stocks (which are readily available in cash form) are better than those who are asset rich but cash poor.

So folks, when you have make a lot of money, do you prefer to keep most of the money in assets form or cash form?

Many millionaires and billionaires keep their money in all asset classes, including properties, business, stock market, bond market and cash in bank.

Making money is a lot of hard work. Protecting the money and investing the money are even tougher job.
