Now that Microsoft and Yahoo decide to ally to war against Google, the relationship between Microsoft, Yahoo and Google is becoming like the relationship between the three kingdoms in history of China.
Romance of Three Kingdom dramatizes the relationship between Eastern Wu kingdom, Shu Han kingdom, and Cao Wei kingdom.
Cao Wei is the strongest among the three kingdoms, so it makes sense for the two weaker kingdoms to pair up against Cao Wei kingdoms. The battle of Red Cliff is a result of the alliance of Eastern Wu and Shu Han against Cao Wei Kingdom.
The alliance of Microsoft and Yahoo is much like the alliance between Eastern Wu kingdom and Shu Han kingdom. In this modern Romance of Three Cyber Kingdoms, there is an element that is not present in the Romance of Three Kingdoms. That element is the influence of US government.
Without the influence of US government, Yahoo might succeed in partnering with Google and kills off Microsoft’s attempt to break into the search engines battle. The US government will still have to approve the partnership of Microsoft and Yahoo for the search engine battle.
Hopefully the US government approves the alliance of Microsoft and Yahoo. I wonder what will Google do next? I hope to see creative strategies in both defensive and offensive. It is hard for any company to beat Google in the search engines war. Google has more than half the market share in the US market. Even worldwide, Google is still the leading search engine in many countries.
I guess the advertisers are happy to see the Battle of Search Engines reaching a climax. They are the only ones who will benefit from the battle in monetary sense.
For us the search engine users, what matters is the quality of the search. We want the search engines to crawl the web, and give us what we look for. The search engine that can do that successfully every time will be favorite search engine of Internet users.
The writers and webmasters will have to stay alert and monitor any change in search engine indexing and ranking algorithm. The moment Google, Yahoo or Microsoft change the algorithm, the traffic to the blogs or websites can increase dramatically or drop drastically.
I hope the algorithm will not change drastically. I have a hard time understanding the concept of seo techniques, and just have a glimpse of what Google, Yahoo, MSN wants in an article. If the algorithm changes completely, then I have to re-learn everything, and re-write everything. That will be very painful.
I am looking eagerly to the Battle of the Search Engines, between Yahoo / Microsoft and Google. Hope to catch some goodies!

Singapore Taoist Temples: Temple Wall Carvings
All these images are taken at a Taoist Temple in Woodlands, Singapore. That day was one of the hottest day in Singapore, and we went to the Taoist Temple for prayer.
Come to think of it, I had been to this taoist temple a number of times in the past, but didnt notice that the temple wall carvings is so beautiful.
The Taoist Temple wall carving depicts the scene from Romance of Three Kingdoms. I recognise only some of them. Next time I must really open my eyes wider, to appreciate the Art of Taoist Temple.

How to make money in essay writing with search engine optimization, seo, techniques
If you want to make more money writing online, you have to learn using seo techniques in essay writing, or article writing. If you fail to employ seo techniques in essay writing, you will find that page views for your article in the writing site will be very low.
Using search engine optimization, seo, techniques basically mean that you are learning to write for search engines, namely Google, Yahoo, MSN, Bing and other smaller search engines throughout the world.
If you want to see your article displayed in the result of the search done by search engine, you have to employ search engine optimization, seo, techniques in your writings.
For example, when readers want to find out how to make money online by essay writing or article writing, what do you think they will type in the search engine? Hardly anyone will type in “how to make money online article writing” and click search. It is too long.
Let us use Google Adwords Keywords Tool to find out. Google Adwords Keywords Tool compiles all the words that readers type when they use search engine. If you want to make money from essay writing or article writing, you have to know the behavior of your readers. Always, I mean, always, use Google Adwords Keywords Tool before you start writing article or writing essay.
I search for “how to make money online article writing” in Google Adwords Keywords Tool. As expected, nobody types so long in the search bar. Google Adwords Keywords Tool displayed some related search words.
There are 823,000 searches for “how to make money”, 673,000 for “make money online”, 90,500 for “how to earn money”, 201,000 for “essay writing”.
Now that I know more people use “how to make money”, rather than “how to earn money”, I have to use “how to make money” when I write article, otherwise when the readers search for “how to make money”, the search engine will not display my articles.
Since I cannot find anything about article writing when I search for “how to make money online article writing”, I have to do a search just for “article writing”
There are 49,500 searches for “article writing”, only 320 searches for “get paid for article writing”, 823,000 for “search engine optimization”, and 5,000,000 searches for “seo”.
Apparently, most users in the world still prefer to use “essay writing” than “article writing”.
Now that I know that essay writing is more common than article writing, I have to make some changes in my writings. Instead of using article writing, I have to incorporate a few “essay writing” in this article, so that the search engines can count the number of times I use the important keywords, such as “seo”, “essay writing”, “how to make money” and “search engine optimization”
The purpose of going through all the trouble is to find out what the readers look for, so that I can write for them. The purpose of using seo techniques in essay writing is to let the search engines know what this essay is all about, so that this essay has the chance of displaying in the first few pages of the search result.
Many writers in Bukisa, Associated Content are very good writers. They are definitely better in writing techniques than me, yet they are not making more money or getting more page views. The problem is that they do not know anything about search engine optimization (seo) techniques in essay writing.
Instead of using 1, 2, 3 to label the number of points, they should employ search engine optimization, seo, techniques, such as:
The first way to learn how to make money in essay writing with search engine optimization, seo, techniques is to use Google Adwords Keywords Tool, to find out the popularity of the keywords.
The second way to learn how to make money in essay writing with search engine optimization, seo, techniques is to craft good titles with the popular keywords.
I agree that using seo techniques make the article wordy and unnecessary long. We have no choice. The search engines are just computer. The search engines do not understand the quality of the essays. The search engines can only count the number of keywords to know what the essays are all about.
So folks, if you are fond of using 1, 2, 3 to label the points, you have to rewrite the essay so incorporate keywords.
So far in this essay, I have more than ten occurrence of “how to make money”, “search engine optimization”, “seo”, “essay writing”. However stupid the search engines are, they will know that this article is about how to make money in essay writing using search engine optimization, seo, techniques.
Having said that, it does not mean you have to spam the essay with all the important keywords. The rule of thumb is to use three percent to seven percent keyword density. Since my article exceeds eight hundred words, I can have twenty-four to fifty sets of “how to make money”, “search engine optimization”, “seo”, and “essay writing”. Anything more than that is spam.

Myanmar (Burma) has the potential to be the next economic power in Asia
A few years ago, when Japan was doing well economically, the world focus on the management of Japanese companies, and studied the success factors that contributed to Japan being the economic power of Asia.
Right now, the world is watching China growing its wings to become the economic superpower in Asia.
I believe that Myanmar (Burma) has the potential to be the next economic power in Asia. Right now, Myanmar (Burma) is a poor country because its government does not appear to know anything about economy. However, given the opportunity to grow, Myanmar (Burma) can grow rapidly, and become the next economic power in Asia within a few years.
Myanmar (Burma) is a country with resources, such as oil and minerals. According to the CIA Fact Sheet on Myanmar (Burma) on the oil reserve as of January 2008, the proven reserve of oil is 50 million bbl. That figure is just an estimate.
If Singapore, a tiny little country with no natural resource, can grow into an economic power in a generation, Myanmar (Burma) can do better. The only factor that is stopping Myanmar is the lack of a capable person to lead the country. Myanmar (Burma) needs a capable leader to grow. Singapore grew from a poor country under the leadership of Lee Kuan Yew. China opened its door under the leadership of Deng Xiaoping.
Who will lead Myanmar (Burma) into the economic power in Asia? Only time will tell.
It is best that this person comes from the midst of the current government. If only someone in the current government emerges and spears Myanmar (Burma) in the right direction, Myanmar (Burma) can have a peaceful transition from a poor country to an economic power.
Should this person come from outside the existing government, there will definitely be bloodshed, and many people will die.
China was fortunate to have Deng Xiaoping, so that it was able to open its economy without suffering a change in government. I hope there is someone like Deng Xiaoping in the current government of Myanmar (Burma).
The people of Myanmar (Burma) are hungry and angry. Hungry and angry people are powerful. Hungry and angry people will work hard, work as if they are being possessed to provide a better living for their families. They will work hard, work long hours to provide food, shelter, and education for their families.
If the current government of Myanmar (Burma) is able to channel this powerful people to build up the economy, Myanmar (Burma) can become an economic power in Asia in less than ten years. After all, Myanmar (Burma) has the advantage of its strong neighbor, China. The people of China were hungry, still are hungry, for progress. The people of Myanmar (Burma) are in the same stage of eagerness and hunger. They need an outlet for their frustrations.
We had a glimpse of the hungry and angry people in 2007, when the monks took to the street. No government wants the hungry and anger to express in this manner. It is the job of government to channel the hunger and anger into productive effort of country building.
For a country with oil and other natural reserves, Myanmar (Burma) does not need to fear seeking aid from other countries. Many countries will offer their expertise in building up the infrastructure, and advise in managing the economy.
Many companies will eagerly court Myanmar (Burma) to offer expertise in oil exploration, oil production, construction, shipbuilding, and manufacturing. Myanmar (Burma) is next to China, and has such a long coastal line. Myanmar (Burma) is an ideal country for manufacturing companies to start up a factory there.
The moment Myanmar (Burma) opens its door, the Myanmese (Burmese) from overseas will return home to participate in country building. Like China, many Chinese educated overseas are flocking back home. Similarly, Myanmar (Burma) will see an influx of Myanmese who are currently working or studying overseas, when its economy booms.
The foundation of Myanmar (Burma) was strong. Before 1962, Myanmar (Burma) had the best educational system in South East Asia. Education is the key to the long-term progress of a country. The generation benefited from the educational system before 1962 could impart the love of knowledge to their descendants.
Many young Myanmese are receiving education in developed countries. Some young Myanmese from poorer family background are working as laborers in developed countries, and saving up for an education for themselves or their family members.
Myanmar (Burma) has the potential to become the next formidable economic power in Asia. The people of Myanmar (Burma) are ready. They are hungry and angry, eager for a change. Is the government ready?

Reflection: Singapore National Day (Independence Day) 2009
Singapore is celebrating its National Day (Independence Day) on 9 August 2009. It will be the 44th birthday of Singapore. For a country, forty-four years old is still a very young age. Even for a human being, forty-four years old is a very young age, about half the average lifespan.
I am younger than Singapore. As the older generation likes to say, we are “the younger generation who does not know hardship.” By that, they mean that we do not know the hardship of building Singapore from a problematic, humble, and poor nation to a powerful nation today.
I think they are both right and wrong in saying that.
Of course, we do not appreciate all the problems facing Singapore then. The best we can do is to study history and use our imaginations to visualize the Maria Hertogh riots of 1950, the race riot of 1964 that led to the retrenchment of Singapore by Malaysia government.
We cannot visualize the labor strike of Hock Lee Bus strike in 1955. We, the younger Singaporeans, cannot imagine why people want to go on strike, when we know that a labor strike does not benefit anyone in the long run.
It is very fortunate that we have many writings from the pioneer leaders to help us imagine the “day of anguish” on 9 August 1965, as Lee Kuan Yew announced the Independence of Singapore.
I enjoy reading the two memoirs of Lee Kuan Yew. Through the two memoirs of Lee Kuan Yew, I get to understand the reasoning behind many national policies. Obviously some of the policies turn out to be not so ideal on hindsight, but at that particular point of time, it made perfect sense.
However, that does not mean that we have an easier time. There is a saying in Chinese that “starting a business is difficult, maintaining an existing business is even more difficult.”
We, the younger generation of Singapore, witnessed the mass departure of manufacturing companies from Singapore to China. We witnessed the retrenchment of PSA and HDB, and knew that we were entering a new era.
The new era is not attractive. The new era means that there is no more permanent job anymore, even iron rice bowl cannot withstand the test of fire. There is no more job security in Singapore, in fact, no such thing as permanent and secure employment in every part of the world.
The older generation in Singapore cannot understand the fear that the younger Singaporeans feel. We, the younger generation of Singapore, fear that tertiary education is not even enough to make a living.
We, the younger generation of Singapore, fear that even hard work does not guarantee that the company will keep us when there is a recession. The subsequent recession shows that sometimes, education and hard work are no guarantee of job security. We need a new battle plan to deal with the economy in the new era.
The Singapore government is obviously working hard to retrain and re-skill the workers. The Singapore government, through concerted effort of many agencies, does a good job in helping the lower income families through upgrading skills, and getting higher paying job.
However, for many PMET (Professionals, Managerial, Executive and Technicians), the effort of the Singapore government is not enough to help them. PMET folks have to deal with the new era using different working strategies. After all, the positions on top are fewer, and the competition is very tough.
The older generation of Singapore simply cannot understand why the younger generation of Singapore cannot hold a job for thirty years. The fact is, there is no such job available in Singapore or developed countries anymore. Companies hire and fire. Money speaks louder than before. Long service award has lost its meaning.
All employees are ultimately treated as just statistics. The value of an employee is also measured in statistical value. Use a dollar to hire an employee, the employee must generate a hundred dollars in value. This is the fear of the younger generation of Singapore.
I feel that taking up courses after courses is not effective for PMET. After all, PMET is a group of experienced and knowledgeable Singaporeans. They need more creativity and more courage to try new things, rather than all the textbook knowledge.
I hope the Singapore government can find some ways to harness the wisdom and experience of PMET in national building. It is such a waste of talents to let all the PMET fences for themselves. Let us see what the National Day Speech 2009 will reveal.
The older generation of Singapore also cannot understand the fear of the younger generation of Singapore when SARS invaded Singapore.
We, the younger generation of Singapore, realize with a dread that the hard work of the past forty years could reduce to ashes when a strong pandemic hit Singapore. There is simply no way to keep virus out of Singapore. Singapore is too small, and too crowded. Any stronger virus than SARS has the potential to bring the economy of Singapore to a standstill.
The older generation of Singapore may not live long enough to see such a strong pandemic attacking Singapore, but we may.
The Singapore government is prepared to deal with pandemic. Many companies are prepared to deal with pandemic. The policies, procedures, the medical facilities, the medical professionals, and the people are prepared.
The year 2009 is a bad year for many countries in the world, including Singapore. What is ahead? Of course a brighter future is ahead, after all, recession cannot last forever. Whether it bottoms out this year or next year, the future is brighter. By the time, Singapore celebrates the 45th birthday on 9 August 2010 the better days are here!
Singapore, a small nation, will be stronger, since Singapore manages to weather recession, swine flu, and the coming El Nino (El Nino effect will be over by 9 August 2010).
I am younger than Singapore. As the older generation likes to say, we are “the younger generation who does not know hardship.” By that, they mean that we do not know the hardship of building Singapore from a problematic, humble, and poor nation to a powerful nation today.

Singapore National Day 2009
The 44th birthday of Singapore is on 9 August 2009. The theme of this year Singapore National Day (Independence Day) is “Come Together – Reaching Out, Reaching Up”
In view of the current recession, that is really a very bold theme. While most countries are thinking of surviving the recession, and providing enough jobs for their people, Singapore is thinking of Reaching Out, Reaching Up. Reaching Out and Reaching Up means that Singapore is not merely thinking of survival, Singapore is ready for expansion economically.
Boldness and Courage to chart forward is nothing new to Singapore. In 1965, Singapore was kicked out of Malaysia. To use a modern terminology, Malaysia retrenched Singapore, without retrenchment benefit. Independence Day 9th August 1965 was a day of anguish for Singapore.
For a small country that had no money, no army, no management (governmental) structure, no personalized company policies (legal structure and laws), many hungry and desperate people, Singapore was obviously not in a position to start the Singapore business. Most of the Singapore laws were made after Independence Day 1965, before that, all the laws were borrowed from the British.
However, there was no choice. Nobody wanted to hire Singapore anymore. For the sake of national survival, Independence was the only choice, however difficult it was.
Actually, I think Singaporeans have lost the national pioneering spirit of Singapore. In times of recession, we look forward to the government to provide assistance. So many people approach the MP for assistance, meaning to get some vouchers or financial aid. If the pioneering leaders of Singapore had this kind of attitude back in 1965, we would never have a successful and independence nation, Singapore, today.
It is a pity that the government of Singapore is forward looking, and gear to the future, and many people of Singapore lose the pioneering spirit. The negativity spirit displays by many jobless people are simply not healthy. Many are thinking of taking aids from government, thinking of under-employment, thinking of merely survival, instead of the national spirit of “Reaching Up”.
There is less than a month to 9th August 2009, the 44th National Day (Independence Day) of Singapore. The stock market in Singapore reflects the mood of Singaporeans in anticipation of Singapore National Day. The stock market in Singapore is rallying stronger and stronger every day. Through the movement in the shares prices, I can feel the upbeat of the unknown investors.
Most investors and businessmen are looking forward to the National Day Speech, rather than the parade. National Day Speech is always very educating, and shows the direction that the Singapore government is taking.
I think the stock market in Singapore will remain strong until the National Day of Singapore, based on historical trend. However, there is always a possibility that someone or something will cause the stock market in Singapore to panic.
The acts of terrorism in Indonesia are too close to home for comfort. If the suicidal terrorists can bomb the hotels in Indonesia, they can also cause a panic in Singapore. After all, Singapore has so many luxurious hotels. There is no way to stop people from checking in the hotel, and cause the bomb to go off during check in or check out. The security guards are unlikely to ask every tourist to open the luggage for inspection.
I hope nothing bad happens. With the recession, and the swine flu (H1N1) virus causing one death and many patients still in hospital, Singapore is having a bad enough time. The El Nino is coming, and being a natural weather phenomenon, nobody can stop it coming, and nobody can predict the strength of the coming El Nino.
I hope the forest fires in Indonesia will be under control, and not causing haze in Singapore.
After celebration of 44th Singapore National Day, the next event will be the starting of the month long hungry ghost month. Hungry Ghost Month is always a gloomy month for investors. The stock market in Singapore is usually very quiet, with lesser transactions, and the share prices will not go higher.
The fact that the governments, those big companies, financial experts warn of bad third quarter result, plus the local sentiment, it will be a miracle to see any strong rally in the Singapore stock market.

How to become a Marine Paint Inspector
How do you like to earn US$450 per day? What about US$650 per day?
That is the daily rate of a Marine Paint Inspector. The daily rate will depend on a number of factors, such as the duration of the contract, onshore or offshore work location, plus the professional qualification of the Marine Paint Inspector. Marine Paint Inspector can make much more when the owner of the oil rig hires him to inspect the painting job for an oil rig located in the open sea.
How do you become a Marine Paint Inspector?
Most Marine Paint Inspectors start off their career working for the shipyard, blasting and painting contractor for the shipyard or as salesman for marine paint.
They may or may not have college education. Most of them do have a diploma in mechanical or offshore engineering. After all, this is a blue-collar job, even though the salary is comparable to white-collar job.
They must have hands-on experience in a shipyard. Many of them spent their early days doing all the manual blasting and painting works onboard the ships.
Even if they started off as paint salesmen, at some point of time, they would have to switch job to pick up experience doing the actual manual work.
Working in a shipyard is tough. Shipyard environment is still a dirty, dusty and dangerous working environment, even though the health and safety standards have improved tremendously.
A person must be healthy and has no phobias of height and confine space. Part of the painting work takes place inside the oil tank, which is a confine area. Working with paint is a hazardous activity. A person must be safety-conscious and stick religiously to all the safety rules and regulations.
Marine Paint Inspector must have extensive knowledge of different types of marine paints and the industrial standard for corrosion control. They must be able to read the technical specifications as well, including the technical drawings of a ship or an oil rig.
Typically a Marine Paint Inspector has more than ten years of hands-on experience in the shipyard before they are considered for inspection work.
Many ship owners require the Paint Inspector to possess professional qualification such as NACE[1] certification. NACE International is recognized worldwide as the leader in corrosion prevention. NACE provides training and certification for corrosion prevention, including CIP (Coating Inspector Program).
Marine Paint Inspectors are expected to possess at least a Level 2 certification in Coating Inspector Program from NACE International.
Tertiary education is not a pre-requisite for training and certification program at NACE.
They will not be able to be a good Marine Paint Inspector to inspect the works of others if they have only textbook knowledge.
So folks, if you have the thirst to earn big money, and able to work hard and endure harsh working environment, some day you may become a Marine Paint Inspector earning tons of money.
Beside Marine Paint Inspector, there are Hull Inspector, Structure Inspector and various other inspectors for specialized trade in the marine industry. All of them are making big money around the world.

How to reduce stress part one
Introduction to how to reduce stress part one
There are two ways you can view stress. You can view stress as a strong motivator. You can also view stress as a killer.
When you think you can manage stress, stress becomes a strong motivator. Positive and healthy stress level can motivate you to do better, and achieve success in everything you do.
When you feel overwhelmed by stress, and feel that life is not worth living, stress becomes a killer. Stress is a slow and draining killer. Stress can drain life out of you slowly. Stress kills many folks around the world everyday. The doctors will not admit that stress is the main killer, and they will not write stress as the cause of death in the death certificates. However, both you and I know that unwanted and extreme stress is killing us slowly.
How to reduce stress is a very big topic. Many people have written articles about how to reduce stress. I will compile and add on to how to reduce stress series in this blog.
This part of how to reduce stress mentions the following:
How to reduce stress by knowing the cause of stress
How to reduce stress by changing your thinking
How to reduce stress by confiding in your friends
How to reduce stress by knowing the cause of stress
When you want to reduce killer stress to a manageable stage, you have to know the cause of stress. You have to know what and when exactly you feel stressful.
How to reduce stress starts from examining yourself to find the cause of unhealthy stress. You have to spend time to think. You have to know the root cause of stress.
You cannot just say work stress. What exactly is the root cause of stress? Which part of the work causes stress? Since you have worked for many years, and you are likely to work many years before your retirement, it is unlikely that work itself is the cause of stress.
How to reduce stress requires you to go through your daily work activity carefully. You can to answer the following questions:
Is the workload manageable at the moment? If the workload is the cause of work stress, can you request your boss to hire temporary helper to cope with the workload? When you can pinpoint the exact cause of work stress, you will know how to reduce stress.
If the workload is the cause of work stress, then is it the your demanding and unreasonable boss? If your boss is the cause of your stress level, how can you reduce stress? The drastic way to reduce stress is to quit the job. Before taking the last resort, you can try other ways to reduce stress.
If your boss is new, he probably wants to achieve results to show his boss, and thus make unreasonable demand. You can help him to cope and achieve results together. If he does not want to listen to you, you can ask for transfer to another department. If you work in the company long enough, and know the boss of your boss, you can make an appointment with him or her, and let him or her know that you are drowning in work stress.
How to reduce stress by changing your thinking
You cannot change others, you can only change your outlook in life. However, you can seek the help of others to find out how to reduce stress. If you are facing unreasonable boss, the chances are, your colleagues too. In this case, all of you in the same department can learn how to reduce stress together.
If the cause of stress comes from your personal unreasonable expectation, for example, you are a perfectionist. How to reduce stress requires you to change your outlook in life. How to reduce stress is a personal endeavor. You have to learn to accept your imperfection, and learn to overlook your imperfection.
How to reduce stress requires you to have a bird view of life in general. You are here on earth for a limited period of time. You do not have the time or the luxury to stress over a small mistake every now and then.
In the long run, it does not matter. A hundred years later, you will return to dust. It does not matter that you are late for meeting today. Nobody will care how late you are a hundred years from now. You will not even care how late you are in ten years time. How to reduce stress requires you to learn to change your thinking.
How to reduce stress is very easy, when you learn to think and say that, “it does not matter.” Adopting the attitude that many things really do not matter can reduce your stress level instantly.
How to reduce stress by changing your thinking requires you to substitute negative thoughts for positive thinking. When you are too stressful, and stress is killing you emotionally, you are too tired to think. You are thinking only of the most negative things which are very unlikely to happen.
How to reduce stress requires you to change your thinking. The worst is death. Anything other outcome other than death is not the worst. You have to calm down, and think: if I do not die tomorrow, that is good news. What can I do?
Once you settle into this positive mindset, you are learning how to reduce stress. Continue to think on the positive. Think of all the things you can do to improve the situation. Do not think about what you cannot do, it is a plain waste of time. Think of what you can do, and think of how to do.
How to reduce stress starts from positive thinking, followed by positive action.
A simple answer to how to reduce stress is by changing your thinking from “cannot” to “can”. When you feel that you cannot learn, and you convince yourself that you cannot learn, you will feel very stressful whenever you go to class.
By changing your idea from “cannot” to “can”, you are learning how to reduce stress. Changing thinking has a positive outcome in your action. When you change your thinking to “can”, you will find ways to do it. And this will reduce your stress level.
For example, when you look at the advertisement saying that you can make a few thousands a week, what is your first thought? When you think that you cannot do so, you will continue to stress yourself out in the full time employment, since you mentally limit yourself to make money only from full time employment.
When you lose the full time employment, you will enter into the most stressful part of your life, all because of your limiting thinking. You think that you cannot make a few thousands dollars a week, while you know that there are others who can. You are making yourself so stressful.
Do learn how to reduce stress by changing your thinking. Once you start to think you can make a few thousands a week without full time job, you will start to take action to find out how. The moment you start to take positive action, your stress level decrease. You have mastered the art of how to reduce stress by changing your thinking.
How to reduce stress by confiding in your friends
You can choose to brood your stress and make it unbearable. You can also choose to talk to a close friend.
How to reduce stress by confiding in your friends require you to seek the help of your friends. You can talk to you friends and tell them you feel very stress. Ask them to listen to you, as you pour your heart out. Your friends, being outsiders, can point out the exact cause of stress. You may be surprised by the insight of your friends.
You may think that the cause of your stress is your unreasonable boss. Your friends can tell you that the cause of stress is the communication breakdown. Your friends may be right. Since you do not know what your boss wants, you cannot meet his expectation, and thus the cause of work stress.
How to reduce stress by confiding in your friends require you to spend enough time with your friends. When you are stressful, the worst thing you can do is to isolate yourself. Even if your friends cannot offer practical advice, by their listening to your ranting, your stress reduce by half.
Knowing that your friends care about you often help you to reduce stress.
How to reduce stress? Call your friends and have a good time together.
Conclusion to how to reduce stress part one

Tips for first time travelers going to Genting Highlands
Many people from Singapore go to Genting Highlands every day, mainly for the casino facilities in Genting, the city of entertainment.
However, Genting is more than casino. There are many ways to enjoy a holiday in Genting Highlands.
One unique feature is the Genting Sky Venture located in the second level of First World Plaza. Genting Sky Venture is actually a simulator that makes you experience the sensation and thrill of jumping out of a plane, and freefalling in winds of speed 190 km/hr. As of now, this is the only skydiving simulator in Asia. Who says Genting is all about casino!
There is a Snow World located in the same location, at second level of First World Plaza. You can experience the winter wonderland, even though Malaysia will never, ever has a winter. The temperature is kept at minus 5 degree Celsius, and you can enjoy a forty minutes session Giant Slide inside the Snow World. Winter wears such as jacket, gloves and boots are provided free of charge.
What most visitors to the casino do not know is the packages that the Casino in Genting Entertainments offers to the visitors.
For visitors interested in the table games, they can consider buying RM100NN Chip Program and Go Genting RM500 Package. The following information is taken from the FAQ in the website of Genting Entertainment.
RM100NN Chip Program is for visitors interested in playing table games. The visitor will pay a hundred ringgit to purchase the chips, and will get a meal voucher of ten ringgits (RM10), a match pay voucher valued at ten ringgits (RM10), a piece of Keno Lucky Shot voucher, plus non-negotiable chips valued at RM100.
Go Genting RM500 Package includes RM500 non negotiable chips, two meal vouchers valued at ten ringgits (RM10) each, two match pay vouchers valued at ten ringgits each, and two Keno Lucky Shot voucher.
Visitors can buy the packages from the Group & Tour program counter at 4th Floor, Resort Hotel and 2nd Floor, First World Hotel.
However, our experience is that Genting substitutes the Keno Lucky Shot voucher with extra slot credits.
Similar packages are offered for visitors interested in slot machines. The RM100 Jackpot Package includes RM110 Non Negotiable slot credits, and a piece of meal voucher valued at RM10. The Go Genting RM500 Package includes RM530 non negotiable slot credits, and two meal vouchers with total value of RM20.
Since each person is only entitled to a package per day, please do your calculation and think which to buy.
There is no expiry date for the chips, and the meal vouchers are valid for 2 days only.
The slot non-negotiable slot credits are valid for just a few days.
Let us assume that Mr Tan buys the Go Genting RM500 Package. He will have RM530 to play with. For simplicity sake, let us assume that he plays RM1 machine. Every time he presses the button, it costs RM1.
On his first try, he uses up RM1, and wins RM0.50
On his second try, he uses up RM1, and wins RM2
On his third try, he uses up RM1, wins nothing
On his fourth try, he uses up RM1, and wins RM0.20
On his fifth try, he uses up RM1, and wins RM1
On his sixth try, he uses up RM1, and wins RM10
On his seventh try, he uses up RM1, wins nothing
On his eighth try, he uses up RM1, wins nothing
On his ninth try, he uses up RM1, and wins RM0.30
On his tenth try, he uses up RM1, wins nothing
So far, he uses up RM10 of his non-negotiable slot credits, and his balance non-negotiable slot credits is RM520, he wins RM13. He can cash out RM13 at the cashier.
Many players playing the slot machine earn Genting Points as well. Since Mr Tan has two meal vouchers, he can choose to use his Genting Points to redeem a hotel room, ticket for Dreamz live performance (include performance by white tiger) at the Pavilion, musical show and live performance, and other promotional items, such as a box of moon cakes around the Mid Autumn Festival, and the pineapples tarts before the Chinese New Year.
Mr Tan can also use his Genting Points to pay for a meal at different restaurants. The New Orleans restaurant inside the casino offers a variety of Western grill. The food is very, very nice. Do pay a visit there, and enjoy the Minute Steak Combo. The set meal costs RM38++ or just 15 Genting Points.
Genting Entertainment is more than just casino. Visitors bring their children there to enjoy the indoor and outdoor theme park.
In Mr Tan’s case, he can use Genting Points to redeem Genting Theme Park Annual Passport for himself and his family members. Theme Park is not just for children. Adults can enjoy the rides (more than forty rides to choose from), and experience the thrill of a lifetime.
The covered walkway that links all different parts of Genting is great for people who like to walk around and explore. No matter how the wind howls, and the rains pours from the sky, you will never be wet while you enjoy a leisure walk in this mountain entertainment city.

On his eighth try, he uses up RM1, wins nothing
On his ninth try, he uses up RM1, and wins RM0.30
