Qigong lessons in Singapore

I receive the following email about Qigong free trial lesson plus the 8 weeks basic Qigong lessons. 
Qigong is the fundamental concept in Chinese martial arts.  Even though the 8 weeks basic Qigong lessons is not enough to turn you into martial arts expert, it is enough for health purpose.

This 8 weeks basic Qigong lessons is conducted by instructors from World Nam Wah Taiji Gong Association, held in Singapore.

Venue: Botanic Gardens Green Pavilion (Visitor Service Centre above basement Food Court, near Botany Centre.)

Conducted by Master Sim Pern Yiau. Taught in English.

Attire: Loose comfy clothing. No sleeveless shirts. Wear Flat-soled shoes or socks or barefeet.

Course Contents:

We teach you to practice effective Cultivation, Accumulation, Distribution and Usage of Qi (养、蓄、运、使） through the following exercises

1. Alignment, posture and deep relaxation

2. Qi-Vibration in the 12 Meridian Lines

3. Qi-Massage for major External Organs and Pressure Points

4. Qi-Vibration in the all major Internal Organs

5. Qi-Vibration in the Lower Back Energy Centre （命门, Gate Of Life Meridien）

6. Loosening 15 main sections of the body including all major joints

7. Activating the Lower Abdomen Energy Centre （丹田）

8. Energizing Your Cells
