These are the questions that pop to mind after having an argument with my colleague. That is after we discuss some work related issues. We cannot seem to agree on some policies matter.
Frustrated, my colleague says, “Our boss does not think this way.”
That is very obvious. If our boss thinks at our level, he would be as poor as us. Our boss is a rich person, and he thinks the way that rich person thinks.
After thinking and observing those people richer than me, I have certain thoughts on the subject of how to get rich.

Many rich persons, such as my boss, used to be poor. They used to think about how to get rich.
In fact, most of us ask the question of how to get rich at certain time in our life. The problem is that instead of thinking about how to get rich, and thinking about ways to get rich, we talk ourselves out of riches. We think of rich people as being filthy rich. Once we have this thought, we kill whatever slim chance of our getting rich.
The rich persons are different. Even when they were still poor, they never denied that the knowledge of how to get rich is beyond them.
They expressed the desire to get rich, they expressed the intention of getting rich, and they find ways to get rich.
What are the ways to get rich
The first and most important answer to how to get rich is to think of money and riches all the time. Think of it in the positive way.
The rich persons think of everything in term of business. They think of everything in term of money. Art is a business. Music is a business. Education is a business. Even their relaxation is a form of business. When they play a game of golf, they will claim as business expenses because they network with like-minded persons, and explore more ideas to make money.
They think of health in term of money. If they get sick for one day, they miss the opportunity to make more money.
So if you want to get rich, think everything in term of money. When you are stuck in a traffic jam, you are wasting time. Time means money. That means you are wasting money when you are stuck in a traffic jam. You can find ways to make use of the time, such as listening to a lecture or audio book.
You have to remember that thinking about how to get rich must be a life-long habit. Once you develop the thinking of the rich, you will get rich regardless of how long it takes.
You have to remember that when you train your minds to see money, you are better than those people are thinking about problems.

Failure is a great teacher, so is success. You can learn as much from the failure as success. You can learn form personal experience or you can learn from the experience of others.
The important thing is that do not make the same mistake twice, and to duplicate successes as many times as you can.

Many people can overcome fear of rejection, since they have been rejected by others all their lives. However, not many people can overcome fear of success.
They fear success, knowing that once they get rich, the riches will place a barrier between them and the poorer friends or relatives. While that is true, you have to understand that your friends and relatives are happy for you as well.
The fifth important answer to how to get rich is to mingle with the right crowd. You cannot mingle with those who think of poverty and expect to get rich.

You have to mingle with them, and seek advice from them. They are the ones who will urge you to stick to your dream of getting rich. They are the ones who keep their minds open on how to get rich.

The poor people spend time worrying about bills and doing nothing practical to reduce their bills. They spend time gossiping about friends, colleagues, celebrities. They spend time surfing the Internet and watching TV.
Will all these activities make them rich? Unless they are starting an online business, and need a wide reach of audience, all the time surfing the net and watching TV are wasted.
The rich spends their time reading, networking with other rich people, recruiting talented people, and always, always think of how to get rich.
All their actions are geared towards getting richer and richer.
The last answer to how to get rich is to think everything in accounting terms.
Time is an asset. Money is an asset. Children are assets. Employees are assets. Getting sick is a waste of asset, and that means a liability.
When they have assets, they think about increasing the value of the assets through investments.
They think in term of capital gains, rental income, dividends and residual income. They view learning and development as a way to enhance the value of their assets. That is why they want their kids to study. That is why they want to read so much.
So how to get rich? Think the way the rich think, and do all the things they do. You will get rich
