Types of Psychic abilities

When we talk about psychic abilities, most of us want the psychic abilities to see into the future.

However, there are many different forms of psychic abilities. We may have one or several types of psychic abilities. The problem is that we do not know that we have the psychic abilities, and we do not know how to channel the psychic abilities that are hidden in us.

What are some forms of psychic abilities?

The first type of psychic ability is animal telepathy. People with this psychic ability can communicate with the animals.

In the Chinese Classic, Romance of Three Kingdoms , there was a battle in which the tribal people mastered the art of animal telepathy . They summoned the animals to fight with army led by Zhuge Liang

The second type of psychic ability is astral projection. Astral Projection means the body remains in one location while the person travels to another location in spiritual form.

The third type of psychic ability is aura reading . The person with aura reading can see the energy field or the color of the aura that emanates from other persons. Somehow they can see from the aura that a person is facing grave danger.

The fourth type of psychic ability is the automatic writing. Many writers want to develop this type of psychic ability. They want to write from the thoughts dwell in their subconscious mind without conscious thought. Sometimes automatic writing is the result of guidance of some powers.

The fifth type of psychic ability is the ability of channeling. The person allows deity or other spirits to channel energy through his body. Most Chinese mediums are actually in this form of psychic ability. The deities using their body for channeling healing powers to the mass.

The sixth type of psychic ability is clairaudience . The person with clairaudience can hear the thoughts or conversations held elsewhere. She has the ability to hear warning from higher source.

The seventh type of psychic ability is clairvoyance . Most people yearn for clairvoyance psychic. They want to see the future. Clairvoyance psychic allows them to see the possible dangers and barriers ahead. Most psychic readers have clairvoyance psychic ability.

Since most of us have different psychic potentials, most of us do not have clairvoyance psychic.

The eighth type of psychic ability is clairsentience. Many of us experience clairsentience psychic in our lives. Sometimes we have a sudden insight, we know the truth suddenly. We may have no proof but all of a sudden, we know. This is the power of clairsentience psychic.

The ninth type of psychic ability is divination. Divination is probably one of the oldest and trainable psychic ability. The Chinese has I-Ching which enable million of people to perfect their divination skills. Divination means using certain methods to predict the future. The ancient Chinese used the turtle shell for divination purpose.

The tenth type of psychic ability is dowsing. People with dowsing psychic were highly valued long ago. They had the ability to locate water or other objects. They were hired to find the best location to dig a well.

The eleventh type of psychic ability is empathy. This is the most common type of psychic ability. Most people with empathy psychic can sense the emotional needs and thoughts of another person. They can feel the atmosphere change faster than the others. Sometimes they can sense the deep loss or sadness of other person.

The twelve type of psychic ability is E.S.P. - Extra Sensory Perception. Actually people with clairvoyance psychic, telepathy psychic and other psychic abilities have ESP (Extra Sensory Perception). Most of us call it the sixth sense. ESP is the ability to know or possess knowledge that does not come from our five senses and not from experience.

The thirteenth type of psychic ability is intuition. Many businesspersons want this kind of psychic ability. The sixteenth type of psychic ability is precognition. Some fortune tellers have precognition psychic, the ability to know the future of persons or places.

The seventeenth type of psychic ability is psychometry. People with psychometry has the psychic ability to feel the vibrations and energy of the owners when they pick up the objects left by the owners.

The eighteenth type of psychic ability is pyrokinesis. People with pyrokinesis psychic can start a fire by mental concentration. I have not met or seen anyone with pyrokinesis yet.

The nineteenth type of psychic ability is telekinesis. Many yoga masters have telekinesis psychic ability. They can move objects by mental concentration. This telekinesis psychic ability reminds me of Jesus teaching about having enough faith to move mountains.

The last type of psychic ability is telepathy. I know that identical twins have telepathy psychic ability with each other. Somehow the thoughts and feelings are telepathic across even thought they are miles apart.
